SparkMind combines electrophysiology and functional imaging for drug discovery, mechanism-of-action studies and functional safety evaluation. Patch clamp measures ion-channel currents and neural or cardiac electrical activity; voltage and calcium imaging track excitability, calcium signals and rhythm. Models include brain slices, neurons and cardiac models. Cardiac studies can include contraction measurements. GEVI-based voltage imaging records multiple cells in parallel, complementing electrophysiological data.
